Early this week, Dana White appeared on Fuel TV’s “UFC Tonight” show and spoke of a potential rematch between two fan favorite fighters; Anderson Silva and Chael Sonnen.

Although this episode didn’t officially air on Fuel TV, there was some important  topics discussed on the show. If the two fighters indeed do throw down, Dana says that the event will most likely be held in a Brazilian soccer stadium.

This would be the UFC’s second stadium event and it’s first ever show held outdoors. The venue could potentially hold up to 100,000 people.

“We’ll see what happens,” White said. “We’re talking about doing the big fight – obviously, if Sonnen faces Anderson Silva, that’s going to be a hot ticket. People from all over the world want to see that. That fight, if that fight goes down, it’ll probably happen in Brazil and probably in a soccer stadium.”
