Not too much of a surprise, as the battle between James Te Huna and Joey Beltran was awarded Fight of the Night at UFC on Fuel 4, earning $40,000 for each fighter. Both men through caution to the wind as they through five ounces of leather at each others faces for fifteen rounds. When the smoke cleared, it was Te Huna that proved to get the better of the exchanges.

The judges may have given a completely lopsided victory to Te Huna, with one judge even giving 30-26, it does not mean there wasn’t moments where Beltran got the better of  the exchanges. During the end of round two a short straight caught Te Huna, dropping him and causing him to shoot in to survive as the horn sounded.

The bout was Beltran’s first return to the octagon, which was spoiled by the faster hands of Te Huna, but with such an exciting fight put on for the fans, you can expect Beltran to stick around.
