Conor McGregor blew through the featherweight division like it was a stepping stone to something greater (which it was, apparently), and in his wake he left a fallen former champ in Jose Aldo and a hungry contender in Max Holloway. Well, now Holloway is the champ, and Aldo is the guy knocking the on the door trying to get back into the club.

UFC 218 was supposed to be headlined by Holloway versus Frankie Edgar, but Edgar got injured in training, so guess who gets another crack at greatness? That’s right, Aldo. He definitely deserves it, what with how dominant he was for so long. As for him beating Holloway, maybe that’s another story…
