Despite winning a championship belt, Anthony Pettis has had a less than stellar run in the Octagon, with recent three-fight losing skid broken only by a win over Charles Oliveira. But he was a stud before coming to the UFC, and has shown flashes of his striking brilliance since, so why not have him and Max Holloway headline Saturday’s UFC 206 with a scrap to determine the interim featherweight champ?

As pay-per-view go, UFC 206 isn’t going to break any records. However, the Pettis/Holloway matchup, plus a co-main that pits the ultra-violent Matt Brown and Donald Cerrone against each other, means Saturday’s event has some excitement in store. It could be worth staying home for.
