As the adage goes, “Game recognizes game.” In this case, the “game” was in the form of an unbelievable spinning heel kick never before seen by Vitor Belfort, and the man who recognized the spectacular maneuver was a guy who knows a thing or two about the flashy move himself.

Uriah Hall, known for his own version of the same captivating knockout, gave his insight in a video interview brought to us by Rick J. Lee of Prime One Productions. The former “Ultimate Fighter: Jones vs. Sonnen” cast member, who hammered Adam Cella with the same heel kick during the taping of the show that knocked Cella senseless, offered his thoughts on the subject. He also talked of his experiences in the TUF house, his acceptance of failure, and even managed to comment on his current friendship with women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey.
