With Strikeforce finally having closed up shop a lot of people are wondering who will be signed to the UFC and who will be left to earn their way to the Octagon by fighting in other promotions. On last night’s “UFC Tonight”, some names of the UFC-bound were announced. Many came from Saturday’s fight card, and a few were no-brainers. Some fighters have already made the transition, like Robbie Lawler, Jordan Mien and Derek Brunson, but these fighters have not been announced yet.

Daniel Cormier (11-0-0): Lined up for a fight against Frank Mir at UFC on Fox 7.

Gegard Mousasi (33-3-2)
Gian Villante (10-3-0)

Roger Gracie (6-1-0)
Tim Kennedy (15-4-0)
Lorenz Larkin (13-0-0)
Luke Rockhold (10-1-0)
Ronaldo Souza (17-3-0)

Roger Bowling (11-3-0)
Jason High (16-3-0)
Nate Marquardt (32-11-2)
Tarec Saffiedine (14-3-0)
Bobby Voelker (24-8-0): Faces Patrick Cote at UFC 158.

Ryan Couture (6-1-0)
Pat Healy (29-16-0)
Adriano Martins (24-6-0)
Gilbert Melendez (21-2-0): Fighting for UFC lightweight title against Benson Henderson at UFC on Fox 7.
K.J. Noons (11-6-0): Signed despite controversial loss to Ryan Couture at last Strikeforce event.
Josh Thompson (19-5-0)

Kurt Holobaugh (8-1-0): Signed despite losing his fight to Pat Healy which he took on short notice, but he will be dropping down to 145.

Some fighters are not on the list, but that does not mean they will not be announced. Fighters like Josh Barnett, Estevan Payan, Jorge Gurgel, and Trevor Smith were not announced as signed. They could still come to the Octagon if White decides to sign them.
