The weigh-in event for tomorrow’s UFC on Fox 16 in Chicago is in the books, with all 24 of the fighters making their contracted weight.

Renan Barão, who will challenge TJ Dillashaw for the UFC bantamweight title in the main event, needed a second try (and to disrobe) to make the 135 lb limit. “I’m very happy with the opportunity, and tomorrow is another day,” he said in a brief interview after weighing in successfully.

“I’m confident, I’m aware of what he brings to the the table,” Dillashaw said in response. “But I’m going to pick up right where I left off — rounds six through ten.”

Dillashaw defeated Barão last year to win the title. That victory snapped a 32-fight unbeaten streak for Barão, who entered the Octagon a heavy favorite.
