Neither Pedro Munhoz nor Rob Font will be fighting for the bantamweight belt anytime soon, but they’re know to fight hard just about every time they’re in the cage, and their scrap at UFC Fight Night 119 last night was about what you’d expect from the duo.

It took all of just a handful of seconds for Font to start marking the Brazilian up – with punching combinations, with a kick to the chops, with a knee – and Munhoz was soon wearing it, and getting uglier by the second. But we got a glimpse of the future when Font first got Munhoz down, because almost immediately he had to scamper away from the jiu-jitsu black belt’s clutches. They resumed trading, and Munhoz starting landing some good ones. This prompted Font to shoot… and for Munhoz to catch him in a brutal guillotine that soon had Font tapping. Good, thrilling scrap, with a good, thrilling ending.
