You’ve got to respect the hell out of Max Holloway.

When he debuted in the Octagon, he lost pretty handily to Dustin Poirier, and not too long after lost twice more – with that last ‘L’ coming at the hands of Conor McGregor. But since that night back in 2013, he always managed to come out on top, and amassed enough wins to earn a shot at the interim belt. Then he took the actual belt from Jose Aldo, and now he’s the best in the world at 145 pounds.

Holloway is going to defend that belt against Aldo at UFC 218, so to commemorate the affair, he sat down with Megan Olivi and talked shop.

Watch and enjoy.
