Finally, after a few press conferences and postponements and who knows what else, Michael Bisping is finally going to greet returning welterweight legend Georges St-Pierre in the Octagon.
Since Bisping is the middleweight champ, this is for the 185-pound belt. Obviously, the notion here is that this match-up is compelling due to the weight class, the championship nature of the bout, and of course because when GSP retired he was the best in his division. Do all those factors make it compelling enough to warrant tons of people buying the pay-per-view? I don’t know, but I do know I’m going to be tuning in eagerly.
Come on, it’s a UFC at Madison Square Garden. Thus far, those have been awesome.
Anyway, here’s the second Embedded episode of the week.
