There are good fighters, and there are fighters who embody the essence of pure murder. Strawweight champ Joanna Jedrzejczyk is definitely the latter – a label she earned when she challenged then-title holder and TUF winner Carla Esparza for the belt and just wrecked her. Seriously, it wasn’t even competitive. One minute Esparza was queen, the next minute they were trying to figure out what to do with her corpse.
On Saturday, in UFC 211’s co-main event, Jedrzejczyk will get a chance to beat back yet another challenger – this one Jessica Andrade, who hits pretty hard and knows a submission or two. Will we witness another legalized killing in the cage? Quite possibly. Because if it’s one thing Jedrzejczyk specializes in, it’s that she’s got the tools and ruthlessness to execute anyone.
Here’s an example of her handiwork.
