Ronaldo “Jacare” Souza is one of the best in the division. Tim Boetsch is far from the best, but he’s always been dangerous. This should be an easy paycheck for the Brazilian. However, it’s not unheard of for fighters to slip on banana peels in the Octagon…

After a tentative first minute, Jacare shoots for a takedown that Boetsch stuffs. The Brazilian starts fighting long, pecking at the American with kicks and punches from outside, but when Boetsch cracks him in the face Jacare shoots another takedown and gets this one. Like a well-oiled machine, the jiu-jitsu master works into mount, and soon he has the kimura and Boetsch is tapping.

Easy money.
