Mike Perry, a knockout artist known for putting away opponents in the first round, is making his Octagon debut tonight, while Hyun Gyu Lim has been in the UFC for years, earning bonuses for being an exciting badass.

Lim has a ridiculous reach advantage, so the American goes to work with leg-kicks and blazing right hands. A couple of the South Korean’s punches get through, but Perry times a perfect forearm that stuns his opponent and sends him to the canvas, and not long after Perry drops Lim against simply batters him into oblivion. Referee John McCarthy gives Lim every opportunity to recover, and when he doesn’t, that’s all she wrote.

Result: Mike Perry def. Hyun Gyu Lim via TKO (Punches) at 3:38, R1
