Travis “Hapa” Browne entered the cage a (+160) underdog against former UFC Heavyweight Champion Josh Barnett tonight at UFC 168.

But Browne, originally of Hawaii but fighting out of New Mexico, needed only a minute to leave yet another victim knocked cold in his ongoing quest for the heavyweight title.

Former Champion Barnett, originally of Washington State, but fighting out of Fullerton, CA, acquitted himself well in an early striking exchange, landing a particularly good knee to the body.

Barnett would struggle for a takedown, when “Hapa” landed a series of elbows to the head, leaving Barnett unconscious.

At UFC 168, Josh Barnett defeats Travis Browne by KO (elbows) at 0:59 of round one.
