There will be no shortage of compelling welterweight bouts atUFC 167 on November 16th, as now the promotion has announced that Rick Story will fight Brian Ebersole at the event. If you need a refresher, the Las Vegas bound card will also feature welterweight champ Georges St. Pierre taking on Johny Hendricks, Rory MacDonald versus Robbie Lawler and Josh Koscheck battling Tyron Woodley. That’s a lot of talent at 170 pounds.

Story (15-7) will be looking to rebound from the split decision he dropped to Mike Pyle at UFC 160 in May, which followed a stoppage win over Quinn Mulhern at UFC 158 in March. After going 6-1 in his first 7 UFC bouts, “The Horror” story has gone 2-4 in his last 6.

Ebersole (50-15-1) is also on the hunt for a victory, as the charismatic vet is coming off a split decision loss to James Head, which took place at UFC 149 last July. The defeat snapped the “Bad Boy’s” 11 fight win streak and also followed Octagon victories over Chris Lytle, Dennis Hallman, Claude Patrick and T.J. Waldburger.

So the line-up for UFC 167 is nearing completion, as 7 bouts have been confirmed now for the event, which will take place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena. The card will also see former light-heavyweight champ Rashad Evans fight Chael Sonnen and lightweight contender Donald Cerrone face Evan Dunham. The main card will be broadcast via pay-per-view.
