The big boys are coming to the UK, since the UFC has tapped Stefan Struve to face Stipe Miocic in the night’s main event.UFC on Fuel TV 5 takes place September, 29th in Nottingham’s Capital FM arena. The event will also feature Brad Pickett taking on Yves Jabouin, as well as Andy Ogle making his debut against¬†Akira Corassani. The fight between the two heavyweights will headline the event, but the fight holds a lot more than just a win for the two fighters. With contenders coming far and few between, the winner of this fight may find himself on the short list of viable contenders for the belt after JDS and Cain Velasquez fight again.

Struve has had his ups and down in the UFC, but his only losses have only come by powerful strikers. He recently looks to have corrected some of his past mistakes by showing that he could take out power puncher Lavar Johnson in his last fight. Miocic has been flawless in his UFC career so far going 3-0, and has finished his last two opponents by strikes. The winner of this fight could easily take on the winner of Ben Rothwell and Travis Browne for a title eliminator.
