Three seems to be a re-occurring number as of late in the MMA world. The UFC has officially announced that the two brawlers Spencer Fisher and Sam Stout have been signed for their trilogy fight at UFC on FX 4 in Atlantic City, N.J. at the ‘Revel’ on June 22.

Both Stout and Fisher currently hold a split-decision victory over the other. Stemming from UFC 58 in a classic brawl (featured on UFC top 100 fights) that ended in Stouts favor by a hair, only to be followed up with another battle at UFC Fight Night 10 with Fisher taking the judges split-decision.

Since their battles, the Canadian born Stout has earned four bonuses for his exciting performances. However, his record has not been as outstanding as he’s gone 5-4 since their last meet.

Fisher has not been earning the streaks either as he is currently 4-5 in his last 9. During his last outing Fisher suffered a second-round TKO loss to Thiago Tavares at UFC 134.
