UFC female bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey has been filming scenes for her role in the upcoming “Entourage” movie, where it appears Rousey will be wielding a weapon while coming after the lead actors in the story.
Rousey, who also has parts lined up in “The Athena Project” and the next “Fast & Furious” film, still plans to remain active inside the Octagon. No future fight, though, has been set yet.
The release date for the Entourage film is 2015, but thanks to X17 Online, you can see the filming of the scenes from another camera – I know, confusing, and kinda like “Inception” – below.
While any movie role is a big one for an MMA star, Rousey’s decision to join the Entourage project was an easy one, as she previously told FOX Sports.
“We ran through a couple of shows and we wanted to find something light-hearted and I was like, ‘I’ve never seen Entourage. Everyone’s been talking about (it) for years and I’ve never seen a single episode,” she said. “Being as I don’t watch anything at all, this was the only show I was watching and I was on like the third season when I actually got word about the movie. I was like, ‘I just manifested the (expletive) out of that!’
“Oh my god. I didn’t even know there was a movie.”
Unlike when she was cast in “The Expendables 3” and had to move to Bulgaria, filming for Entourage took part in Rousey’s hometown of Los Angeles.
