The UFC prospect Michael McDonald (15-1) continues to impress as he takes out former WEC champion, Miguel Torres (40-5) in the first round at UFC 145 in Atlanta, Georgia. Here is the full play-by-play.

Round One:
Torres starts off effectively picking apart from distance. McDonald gets in and lands a 3-punch combo. Torres gets his mouth piece knocked by another lethal combo. Shortly after the two are reset with Torres putting his mouth piece in, a right hook combo lands clean, dropping the former champ. McDonald finishes it on the ground with short jabs as ref. Herb Dean waves it off.

The young 21-year-old McDonald continues to look unbeatable in the octagon as he gains his fourth straight victory. Prior to tonight’s (Apr. 21) victory over Miguel Torres, Mcdonald had also defeated Alex Soto, Chris Cariasco, and Edwin Figueroa. Of those victories, McDonald has earned two fight bonuses in his short UFC career.
