Brock Lesnar retains his belt with a victory over the formerly undefeated Shane Carwin  by a shocking body triangle in round two at 2:19. Lesnar not known for his submissions, proves tonight that he is truly a well-rounded martial-artist.

Lesnar looked to be in serious danger in round one as he was out-striked by the fast hands of Carwin. Lesnar took some big shots on the ground that opened up Lesnar’s face early.

Round two showed to be a different story as Lesnar used his grappling skills on a gassed Carwin to transition into a nice arm triangle.

In what was only the champs sixth professional MMA bout, Lesnar improves his record to 5-1.

Lesnar additionally holds wins over top heavyweights Randy Couture, Shane Carwin, and Heath Hearing.
