Two years ago, Nate Diaz was living meagerly, scraping by with the occasional fight and teaching jiu-jitsu. And he was fine with that. But now, after two epic battles with superstar Conor McGregor, Diaz has millions in his bank account – and he’s fine with that, too, especially since he still lives meagerly.

He literally never needs to fight again.

On the flipside, the UFC will eventually need to employ his services again, as him and McGregor mean surefire big bucks in pay-per-views, and WME needs to recoups some of that $4.2 billion they spent.

So Diaz says he ain’t even bothering answering their phone calls for less than $20 million.

Ha! Go, Nate!

As per MMAFighting:

As for Diaz, he told Wednesday night, that the UFC hasn’t called him about any upcoming fights. And if they’re planning on doing so, Diaz had a message for the brass:

“I’m only fighting at lightweight for a big fight or 20 million just to take the call,” Diaz told via text message. “Until then, I’m just living my life.”
