Mark Munoz and Michael Bisping have only been booked to fight on October 26th for a few days now, but the smack talk is already kicking into high gear. Of course, anytime Bisping is one of the scheduled competitors, chances are you’re going to have some pretty interesting pre-fight ‘banter.’

Case in point, Bisping recently relayed that he thinks the decorared grappler is “one dimensional”, before warning Munoz that he’s going to be really “depressed” after their UFC FN 30 bout. Bisping also evidently refuses to lose to anyone equipped with a “Donkey Style.” Well, in a recent interview with videographer Rick Lee, Munoz had this to say about “The Count’s” recent comments (as transcribed by MMA

“Bisping has already been talking, I know. I was at my camp doing 10 days of an intensive wrestling camp with a bunch of wrestlers, over 300 of them. My phone was just blowing up. People were texting me and tweeting me all this stuff about Bisping talking a lot of smack about me. But that stuff doesn’t bother me. I show my talk inside the Octagon. He was saying he was going to beat me into depression and if I was depressed, I’d go into more depression. The fact of the matter is, he has pillows for fists. He hasn’t knocked anybody out and he says he’s gonna knock me out? He hasn’t knocked anybody out. It’s going to be like a pillow fight when I fight him. He’s going to have pillows and I’m going to have hammers.”

How about that for a rebuttal? If you’re wondering, the last time Bisping recorded an official KO was 2004, although he did stop Jason Miller and Jorge Rivera in 2011. Munoz, on the other hand, knocked out CB Dollaway at a UFC Live card in March, 2011.

Who, and or whether anyone’s getting knocked out aside, things are definitely heating up. It’s a great headliner for the UFC FN 30 event, which will go down in Manchester, England and will be broadcast on FOX Sports 2.
