Cole Miller rebounded from his controversial, decision loss to Manny Gamburyan at UFC FN 26 this Saturday, by earning a UD win over Andy Ogle. While the fight featured some entertaining exchanges, and some nice moves from Miller on the mat, what has most people talking is the comments “Magrino” made afterwards.

Not only did to Miller call out a “Colin McGoober” in his post-fight interview with Joe Rogan, he made it abundantly clear afterwards he was talking about Conor McGregor (if there was any doubt.) Miller referred to McGregor as a a “show pony” before arguing that the fighter hasn’t been tested against a fighter of his caliber.  The ATT fighter also took issue with recent comments McGregor made about his teammates Nick Lentz and Dustin Poirier.

Well, McGregor has responded to Mr. Miller by posting the following comment via Twitter:

So, could the fight happen? It’s possible. While McGregor has been saying he wants to fight a top ranked fighter next, Miller is as established as it gets and is certainly a tough test, especially on the ground. McGregor, however, is still sidelined after having knee surgery in September, so it remains to be seen when he’ll be able to fight at this point. The Irish fighter is hoping to be ready in early 2014.
