Welterweight king Robbie Lawler and top challenger Carlos Condit went to war on Saturday night at UFC 195, and after five thrilling rounds Lawler retained his belt via split decision.

That didn’t sit right with a number of people  – including longtime color commentator Joe Rogan, who took to Twitter the next day.

Do you think we have a judging problem in mixed martial arts? Set aside how you saw Lawler vs. Condit going, is there a pervading issue with fights being judged haphazardly across the board? Obviously, certain athletic commissions (like Texas and Virginia) have been problematic, but if you take those factors out of the equation, does MMA still have a something wrong with how fights are scored?
