Frankie Edgar has had enough.

The former lightweight champ challenger Jose Aldo for the featherweight belt back in 2013 and lost a decision, but has been on a tear since, with his most recent outing ending with Chad Mendes tasting canvas. To him – and to pretty much anyone who’s enjoyed one of Edgar’s gritty fights – that’s more than enough to warrant a shot at the 145-pound title again.

Unfortunately, getting anyone with any authority to agree to a fight between him and now-champ Conor McGregor is proving an insurmountable task. Will McGregor’s next fight be at 155 pounds against champ Rafael dos Anjos? Or Nate Diaz? Or anyone not named Frankie Edgar?

If that’s the case, Edgar ain’t having it.

What do you think? Does Edgar deserve to face McGregor next?
