UFC prospect, Chris Leben, aka the Crippler was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of driving under the influence (DUI).

Oahu police report that Leben crashed his truck  on the H1 freeway west-bound, close to 2 A.M. Police also reported the fighter had no license or insurance. If Leben is convicted, this will be his second DUI in three years. Leben has reportedly posted a $1000 bail.

Leben’s first DUI took place in his original home state of Washington, which lost Leben a fight in the UFC scheduled for June 2008 as he served jail time for the incident. The match was then given back to Leben against UK star,  Michael Bisping in which Leben lost by unanimous decision.

Leben is scheduled to appear in Honolulu District Court November 22, 2010. Leben is also scheduled to face Brian Stann January 1st in Las Vegas, NV for the UFC. No word on if the incident would again effect his career.
