Dennis Siver and Eddie Yagin will look to move to a 2 fight win streak in the UFC’s featherweight division when they fight later this year at UFC 151. This is only the second match-up to be rumored for UFC 151, which is being headlined by light-heavyweight champion Jon Jones taking on number one contender Dan Henderson. The event takes place on September 1st in Las Vegas at the Mandalay Bay Events Center.

Dennis Siver recently dropped to 145lbs after going 7-2 in his second tenure with the UFC. He dropped down after a first round loss to Donald Cerrone, and immediately made an impact in his debut. Siver knocked off former top ten ranked Diego Nunes, and with his strong stand up skills, as well as great take down defense, he looks to continue his streak against Yagin.

Eddie Yagin came into the UFC with a bit of hype behind him after taking out former Bellator featherweight champion Joe Soto in a first round submission. Unfortunately, in his next fight Yagin lost to a decision in favor of Junior Assuncao. In his next fight, Yagin won a narrow split decision over former title challenger Mark Hominick. In this fight, Eddie will try to prove his worthiness of a title shot, adding another win to his record.
