New York legalized MMA in April, and now we have a UFC card at Madison Square Garden that’s slowly but surely taking shape.

Though rumored to have Conor McGregor against maybe Eddie Alvarez in the works, and strangely lacking in New York-based fighters like Chris Weidman, UFC 205 as it stands now packs a pretty decent wallop.


Still, you have to hope there’s more to come in terms of star power. And maybe there is! For next Tuesday the UFC is holding a press conference at MSG to announce more fights. That has to mean something bigger is in the works… right?
