Derrick Lewis shared the same UFC Fight Night 82 card recently with Roy Nelson.

And if “The Black Beast” has anything to say about his next fight, he’ll do it once again.

Lewis (14-4) made a plea to the former Ultimate Fighter winner for a fight sometime this year via social media recently. Lewis defeated Damian Grabowski for his fifth Octagon win, while Nelson (21-12) scored a decision over Jared Rosholt to level his mark at 8-8.

“Me and Big Country would be a good fun fight for the fans,” Lewis wrote. “It wouldn’t be a track meet.”

Nelson noted Rosholt’s lack of desire to engage following the contest. The win, though, snapped a three-fight losing skid for the veteran.
