UFC president Dana White has never been one to shy away from making bold and out-of-this-world comments.

White is up to it again, and the match he’s hyping isn’t even signed yet.

Appearing on ESPN’s Jalen and Jacoby Show Wednesday, White proclaimed a rematch between Ronda Rousey and UFC female bantamweight champion Holly Holm to be one of the ages.

“If Holly Holm should win, the Holly-Ronda Rousey rematch is going to be the biggest fight ever in UFC history,” White said (thanks to FOXSports.com for transcribing). “If that rematch happens.”

Of course, getting the two ladies back inside the Octagon requires Holm taking care of Miesha Tate in March.

Original plans called for the UFC to pair Holm and Rousey up for an immediate rematch, but the former champion elected to stay away from MMA for a few months in order to film several movie roles. Not wanting to sit on the sidelines, Holm agreed to defend her title against Tate.

White believes that Rousey will make the necessary adjustments in a second meeting with Holm. The former world boxing champion dominated “Rowdy” in Australia.

“Ronda went in against Holly and tried to box with a boxer,” he said. “Whereas Ronda’s game should have been going in and using her judo.”
