Following heavyweight champion Cain Velasquez‘ dominant title defense against “Bigfoot” Silva at UFC 160, Dana White fielded questions regarding the event and other news concerning the state of the UFC and its fighters.

Of particular interest was White’s appraisal of the promotion’s heavyweight king. He was very brief, but absolutely certain, when offering his thoughts on Velasquez. He also gave praise to Junior dos Santos for his performance in the co-headlining match and alluded to the potential future rubber match between the two top heavyweights.

“I say I don’t like to predict fights and I don’t ever predict fights, but I kept saying I think Cain’s the best heavyweight in the world, and I still do. I think Cain’s the best in the world. The guy is so well-rounded, um, but Junior dos Santos put on a great show tonight.”

The UFC president also touched on a variety of other subjects ranging from the surprise performance of T.J. Grant to the length of his reign as the company’s top guy. The video is a good watch so feel free to check it out. UFC 160 post-fight media scrum is brought to us courtesy of
