Four months removed from surgery for his broken leg, former UFC middleweight champion Anderson Silva is moving quite nicely.

Silva, who has kept fans abreast on his progress through videos and updates on social media, posted another video. This one shows him boxing with a heavy bag, and moving side-to-side for a few moments.

Previously, “The Spider” has released film of him walking up and down stairs and doing some light cardio and stretching as he works to get back into the Octagon.

Despite the strong improvements, Silva has said he does not plan on fighting again this year, instead targeting 2015 for his next bout.

Silva suffered the broken leg in December when Chris Weidman checked a kick in their UFC middleweight title fight. He immediately went down and was last seen screaming in obvious pain as medics and his team helped carry him out of the cage.
