Add UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones to the corner of Ronda Rousey if she was ever matched up with Floyd Mayweather.

In a “super-fight” that everybody seems to be discussing, Jones believes the ground game of the UFC female bantamweight champion would be too much for the boxer to overcome. Jones defends his title tonight at UFC 172 against Glover Teixeira.

“In an MMA match, sorry Floyd, but I have to give this one to Ronda,” said Jones, who appeared earlier this week on the FOX Sports 1 program, Crowd Goes Wild. “Ronda has competed at the highest level, the Olympics. If you are on the ground against someone who’s never trained it, it’s like drowning.

“I don’t think Floyd would handle it very well.”
