Following a win over Worlds Strongest Man Mariusz Pudzianowski at Moosin: God of Martial Arts, Tim Sylva reports that he would like to make a statement that he is back with his upcoming challenger Paul Buentello at War in the Mainland in Irvine, CA. Both men were let go from the UFC heavyweight division following a string of losses.

“In the MMA world, I need to win this fight in fashion to make a statement that I’m back said Sylvia. We were supposed to fight once or twice and now it’s finally going to happen. It’s going to be a great fight and show. Paul’s a gamer. He’s a good striker with a lot of knockouts. He likes to bang, just like me, and that’s what fans want to see.”

Reports from Moosin have also reported that they are working on a second event with Silva once again headlining on October 9 against Hong Man Choi. Will a three win streak  put the former champ back into the UFC?
