Following a release from the UFC, “The New York Bad Ass” Phil Baroni (13-3) has rebounded with a multi-fight contract with the Kansas-based Titan Fighting Championship promotions.

Baroni expects to make a March 25 debut at his new home at middleweight against an unnamed opponent at this time. The event will air on HDNET.

Baroni is expected to be new and improved following a succesful surgery on Monday to correct a deviated septum, removing much scar tissue in his nose.

The 34-year-old was released from the UFC after losing by first round TKO to Brad Tavares.
