The Pro Fight League had their sixth installment of the season last night, and in case you lost your scorecard in the cushions of your couch, here’s an update on all the fighters and their accumulated scores: WHAT THE HELL IS THIS AND WHY IS THIS ORGANIZATION COMPLICATING THESE FIGHTS?

So, yeah, PFL 6. A bunch of fights. Never mind whatever contrived point totals people earned for their method of winning – I’m still fuzzy on what the numbers mean and what the fighters can buy with them. Really, it’s all about the fights, anyway…

In the main event, Hawaiian slugger Ray Cooper III murdered a dude in 18 seconds. Given the half-life of Hawaiian fighters, Cooper probably has another year of being a total badass before whatever deal he made with the Great Volcano God expires and then he’s a normal human again.

Meanwhile, the once-great jiu-jitsu master Jake Shields – who Cooper beat the last time around – finally found a win. It was a decision, but at this point, any “W” is like manna from heaven for the ol’ Strikeforce star.

Gigantic female Olympic judoka superstar Kayla Harrison mauled another opponent. She didn’t get the armbar, only the TKO, but it was a beatdown for sure. Too bad the UFC doesn’t deal in 155-pound female fighters…
