Evan Dunham has been fighting in the Octagon since 2009, and has been beaten by the best and smoked all the rest. In fact, other than a draw against Beneil Dariush in his last fight, he hasn’t tasted defeat since 2014.
Canadian Olivier Aubin-Mercier is 6-2 in the UFC, but he has yet to really dig his foxhole in the rankings and settle in.
Dunham comes out aggressive, landing a left and forcing Aubin-Mercier on the back foot, and the American pursues a little. But Aubin-Mercier gathers his wits about him and starts throwing heat, and suddenly Dunham eats a knee to the liver and is hunched over. The Canadian pounces, hitting him again and again, and when he blasts him with another knee, Dunham is done.
