Welcome to CagedInsider’s coverage of UFC Fight Night 133, a FOX Sports 1 event taking place in Boise, ID, and featuring Junior dos Santos and Blagoy Ivanov in the main event. But first! The prelims!

Liz Carmouche will forever own a place in our hearts as Ronda Rousey’s first opponent in the UFC. She’s had mixed results since then, fighting about once a year and winning some and losing some, but she’s cut down to flyweight, and maybe this could be her weight class…?

Jennifer Maia is making her Octagon debut, but was Invicta FC’s flyweight champ, so now is her time to shine.

Or not. As a Chute Boxe fighter, Maia seems keen on looking to strike, and while she’s looking, Carmouche takes her down and pounds on her.

That’s the story of Round 1, and also Round 2, with Carmouche finding mount and beating on her from there.

Round 3 is no different, and though Carmouche doesn’t get the finish, you have to think the decision is in the bag.

Results: Liz Carmouche def. Jennifer Maia via Unanimous Decision
