Faith Van Duin got utterly crushed by Cris Cyborg in the Invicta cage, but she won her two other promotional appearances. Irene Aldana won two as well, with her lone Invicta loss coming at the hands of Tony Evinger (no shame in that, either). How will they fare tonight when they square off?

Van Duin comes out slinging hot fire, which seems to catch Aldana off guard, causing her to stumble. But Aldana is all about breaking people on the feet, and when she resets herself she slows the pace with superior boxing and footwork. Soon Van Duin is the one stumbling. She recovers a bit, and tries to rally; however, Aldana is relentless, and in the waning seconds of the fight the Mexican’s right hand again and again slams into Van Duin’s face. When Van Duin drops, the stoppage comes soon after.
