The UFC ended their 2017 with the best female fighter they have in featherweight champ Cris Cyborg soundly defeating the only person who was a threat to her in Holly Holm.

Really, that was the best fight they could’ve made for Cyborg, who’s wrecked everyone else in the still-new 145-pound division. So what’s next?

Sure, Invicta FC featherweight queen Megan Anderson might make for a good bout, but if the goal is to get fans to buy the pay-per-view, that pairing may not be the most lucrative.

Thankfully, Kevin Iole pinned down UFC honcho Dana White, and White revealed his master plan.

In the vid below, White talks about having Tony Ferguson and Khabib Nurmagomedov fight each other, and then hopefully Conor McGregor down the line. He also mentions Cyborg taking on… female bantamweight champ Amanda Nunes.
