Justin Gaethje advanced to 10-0 in his two year old MMA career tonight, stopping Dan Lauzon at 1:40 of the second round with a big right hand – left uppercut combination in the opening bout at World Series of Fighting 6.

It may have been a hand combination to end the bout, but it was Gaethje’s leg kicks which controlled the early going against Lauzon, now 17-5, of Bridgewater, Massachusetts.

The two young guns came out punching aggressively to start, but the combinations from Gaethje, of Greeley, Colorado, were the more effective. Gaethje stunned Lauzon with a elbow shot before taking the advantage with leg kick from Gaethje. Lauzon hit the canvas and had to switch to orthodox in the opening round.

The Florida crowd erupted as a Gaethje right hand/uppercut combination ended the bout at 1:40 of the second stanza.

At WSOF 6, Justin Gaethje defeated Dan Lauzon by KO (punches) at 1:40 of the second round.
