The rash of sudden retirements continues, with Josh Koscheck announcing that he’s done fighting.
Koscheck fought six times since 2012 and lost every one of his bouts, even jumping from the UFC to Bellator for his last fight. So yeah, it was time.
But it’s worth noting that Koscheck was a member of the cast for the first season of The Ultimate Fighter, and since his third professional fight ever was in the Octagon, we literally saw the man mature and grow as a fighter in the UFC over the course of eleven years (!).
Once upon a time, Koscheck even challenged Georges St. Pierre for the welterweight belt. You gotta respect that.
