The Bellator NYC main card is coming at us next month in the form of a pay-per-view from Madison Square Garden, and in a match-up befitting the hallowed venue, Bellator champ Douglas Lima is facing UFC refugee Lorenz Larkin.
Both men are killer strikers, and among the elite of their division – no matter which organization they’re fighting for. But if such a thing as the “home field advantage” exits in MMA, it clearly belongs to Lima, whose been ruling the Bellator roost for a while. So then the big question is: Can Larkin beat him? I mean, obviously anyone with a high-skill level can beat anyone else on any given day, but can the high-flying ex-UFC star take out Bellator’s champ?
