Dana White doesn’t hold back in the slightest on his feelings towards internet piracy regarding his pay-per-view products. The UFC President talks about the sincerity of piracy and it’s repercussions as seen in the music industry. He then tells the story of a Canadian bar owner that was sued by the UFC for streaming the event. The owner was said to have contacted White via Twitter and was showed mercy.
Interestingly, White also states their is a bundle deal of pay-per-view purchases in the pipes. In the meanwhile though, White says that if you’re watching an illegal stream, they will catch you sooner or later.
“Stealing [pay-per-views] is not an option. If you steal our shit, we’re going to get you. We may not get you now or next month, but eventually we will. We’re spending a lot of money towards busting people who steal.“
