If you read my liveblog of last night’s “Saturday Night Live”, you got a good rundown of how former UFC champ Ronda Rousey’s appearance as host went. She was treated like athletes usually are – she got plenty of support from the cast, she wasn’t made to do anything too far out of her comfort zone (in terms of acting and comedy), and the scripts played toward her strengths and the public’s perception of her.
