UFC flyweight champion Demetrious Johnson had some fun on Tuesday night after news broke concerning his upcoming title defense.
With the injury to Jon Jones and postponed of a planned light heavyweight title fight with Daniel Cormier to 2015, Johnson and Chris Cariaso have been moved from this month and UFC 177 to the headline act at September’s UFC 178 card.
Bad: You'll have to wait a bit longer to see me win again. Good: I'm the new UFC 178 headliner. Bout time that card gets a real main event.

Johnson (20-2-1) has won his last six, including four successful title defenses. His last bout was in June when he defeated Ali Bagautinov via decision.
The win over Bagauitnov was the first pay-per-view main event for “Mighty Mouse,” who has previously headlined three FOX shows.
