UFC 208 Primer: Tim Boetsch, The Barbarian

Tim Boetsch has an Octagon record of 11-9, which, well, is pretty awful for a UFC fighter. But he’s still employed, and some of that has to do with him having won his last two fights in dramatic fashion and some of that has to do with him having this unique ability to turn on a dime and go from getting his ass kicked to utterly destroying his opponent.

This Saturday “The Barbarian” is taking on Ronaldo Souza, a.k.a. “Jacare”, and of course it’s a tough fight for Boetsch, as Jacare is a top-ranked dude in the division and a killer grappler. It’s likely we’ll see Boetsch get tapped out. But… you never know with him. You just never know.
