Strikeforce St. Louis Ratings Down, UFC Replay up

As usual the UFC counter-programming seems to be effective as Strikeforce’s St. Louis was down 40% with 308,000 viewers while a replay on Spike done by the UFC simultaneously his 894,000 viewers.

This in part was not a fair fight since an estimated 12 million homes have Showtime, while 98.6 viewers have Spike TV in their home.
