Ronda Rousey Exposure Reaching Saturation Point

You know a person’s mainstream exposure has reached a saturation point when they don’t even appear in their media spots anymore, and instead have someone else pretending to be them in their place.

Such is the case with the commercial below. The premise is that these kids are trick-or-treating, but their costumes are run-of-the-mill Halloween horrors that no one is particularly afraid of anymore. Then a kid dressed up as Ronda Rousey appears, and she scares the bejeesus out of them. (Are they implying that Rousey is scary? That she’s a danger to kids? I don’t know.)

Soon we’ll just have commercials where people simply talk about Rousey. Thus is the strength of her brand right now – and the amount of exposure she’s gotten.
