The UFC officially announced today the conformation of a bout between welterweights Mike Swick and Paulo Thiago at February’s UFC 109.
Swick came in as a replacement for his teamate Josh Koscheck when he had to drop the card due to injury.
Originally, the fight between Koscheck and Thiago was going to be the co-main event, but UFC has since made the middleweight fight between Nate Marquardt and Chael Sonnen the co-feature.
The main event will be between two of the UFC’s Hall-of-famers, Randy Couture and Mark Coleman.
With this bout being confirmed, the card now includes:
